How much does BookBase cost?
The Free plan is free forever with up to 3 active services and 100 bookings per month. Pro costs €12 per month or €120 per year and includes unlimited bookings, reminders, custom questions, API and webhooks. You can try Pro for 14 days.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own booking page at bookbaseapi.com/book/your-name. If you have a website, embed the widget with a single line of code.
Is BookBase GDPR compliant?
The database runs in Germany and the app is served from Frankfurt. Booking pages set no tracking cookies. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is included.
Can customers reschedule or cancel themselves?
Yes. Every confirmation email contains a personal link to reschedule to a free slot or to cancel. You are notified automatically.
